Classic flavors or new? Lay’s couldn’t decide so they turned to Deep Focus to help launch their FlavorSwap program nationwide. They created Mr. Decision, a fictional Lay’s employee whose job it is to make tough decisions. But when he’s asked to choose between flavors, he simply can’t decide—they’re all too delicious! So it was left up to America’s tastebuds to make the final decision, with Lay’s asking consumers to determine which flavors stay and which flavors go. The Mr. Decision commercial garnered over 800,000 views in its first week online and was broadcast across twenty-eight network and cable channels, reaching a nationwide audience.
