Fuel conducted a data audit for Lexus to help the company understand where its data was and the health of it. Following stakegholder workshops Fuel mapped the data and all its sources, creating a single database in SQL that contained all data collected and aggregated it into a single record of truth for each person. For the first time, this gave Lexus the ability to see how their customers were interacting with them and the marketing messages they had received.
